Praying saints of God, please intercede on behalf of Eric, our baby nephew
Eric was born at 7:30am on Palm Sunday and has been in the ICU ever since. The delivery was highly traumatic, his mother almost died, and her husband was really traumatized by witnessing it all. Eric’s bladder was holding liquid, so they had to drain it, were worried about his kidneys which it turns out are actually ok, but the liquid put so much pressure on his intestines, that what had formed of intestines died, so they did an operation (was supposed to be 3 hours, lasted 8 hrs) last week to try to construct intestines. Doctors don’t think he will live past age 4 if he even makes it thru all this and they say he’ll never eat real food. Ironically, they tried to feed him some sort of normal food on Easter, which obviously was too soon, and his breathing went way off. They’ve stabilized him now, and praise God his heart and lungs and brain are all really strong/healthy… We know that doctors can say and think what they want, but our God is able to do all things and our God is a Healing God. Pray against the curses that people are speaking over his life and pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to manifest! We declare life in Jesus’ name.
That said, Eric needs a genuine miracle. His brothers do not understand why their baby brother can’t come home and say things like “I just want my brother to live” and “Why can’t Eric come live with us? We love him” Heartbreaking. But we know that God is Healer and nothing is impossible for Him.
